We are poised for growth and looking for team players with positive attitudes and very passionate and performance driven people to join our install team. Pride in craftsmanship is a must!
Salaried positions available for the right individuals…With our company, an efficient, driven team leader who can AVERAGE at least 40 hours a week on a yearly basis should make $50-75K a year.
Jobs performed include, but are not limited to:
Spring Clean-Ups
Landscape Renovations
New Landscape Installations
Paver Patio and natural stone installations
Retaining walls, seat walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens…Outdoor Living is our “bread and butter”
Outdoor Lighting
Pergolas and other carpentry.
Team Leaders must have:
A very positive and passionate attitude and take pride in their work
Clean driving record
Experience driving commercial trucks, trailers, and equipment like bobcats, dingos, and mini-excavators
Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
Managing and training other team members so there is room for advancement for everyone
Tracking job site times, materials, team member hours, equipment, and tools
Communication with homeowner and supervisor on a daily basis of job progress, material needs, and estimated completion times.
