Hardscape/Landscape Team Foreman/Leader
Hardscape/Landscape Team Leader & Team Members
No Limits Landscaping is an award-winning 16-year-old residential design/build company located in the Cincinnati, Ohio market. We are poised for growth and looking for team players with positive attitudes and very passionate and performance-driven people to join our install team. Pride in craftsmanship is a must!
Salaried positions are available for the right individuals…With our company, an efficient, driven team leader who can AVERAGE at least 40 hours a week every year should make $50-75K a year.
Jobs Performed Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Spring Clean-Ups
- Landscape Renovations
- New Landscape Installations
- Paver Patio & Natural Stone Installations
- Retaining Walls, Seat Walls, Fire Pits, Outdoor Kitchens... Outdoor Living is our "bread and butter"
- Pergolas and Other Carpentry
- Outdoor Lighting
Team Leaders Must Have:
- Clean driving record
- A very positive and passionate attitude and take pride in their work
- Experience driving commercial trucks, trailers, and equipment like bobcats, dingos, and mini-excavators
- Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and training other team members so there is room for advancement for everyone
- Tracking job site times, materials, team member hours, equipment, and tools
- Communication with homeowner and supervisor on a daily basis of job progress, material needs, and estimated completion times
